At Azulic.sg, we aim to deliver high-quality wellness, lifestyle, and tech products to our customers worldwide. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds, returns, and replacements are accepted.
 

By purchasing from our store, you agree to comply with this policy. We follow a fair and transparent approach in line with Singapore’s Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and international e-commerce standards.

 

Our goal is to ensure every customer has a positive shopping experience while maintaining reasonable procedures for product evaluation and refund processing.

2. eligibility for refunds and returns

To qualify for a return or refund, your order must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

 

Please note that we cannot process refunds for:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Digital or downloadable products (if applicable).
  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales unless defective.
  • Orders that have exceeded the 14-day request window.

     

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@azulic.sg with clear photos of the issue so our team can assist you promptly.

3. process for refunds and returns

Once your refund request is submitted, our team will review it within 3–5 business days. If approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item to the designated warehouse or supplier.

 

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue one of the following outcomes:

  1. Full Refund – If the product is verified to be defective or incorrect.
  2. Partial Refund – If only part of the order is returned or used.
  3. Replacement or Reshipment – If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund.
     

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval. Please note that transaction processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, etc.).


 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

4. late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please first check your payment account or credit card statement. It may take additional time before your refund officially appears.
 

If you have completed all necessary checks and still have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card provider.
If the issue persists, contact us at support@azulic.sg, and we will verify the transaction on our end to ensure it was processed successfully.

5. cancellations and exchanges

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after being placed. Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
 

If you wish to cancel within this window, please email support@azulic.sg immediately with your order number. We will do our best to intercept the order before fulfillment.

b. Product Exchanges


 

We offer exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or shipped in error. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. Once verified, we will send replacement instructions or provide a return label (where applicable).


 

Note: As our store operates under an international dropshipping model, some returns may need to be shipped directly to our overseas suppliers. We will always provide the correct return address and instructions specific to your order.
